These Terms & Conditions Mambaji Applies to the platform and all associated services. Mambaji Is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving Bangladesh and several other countries.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.

• Some features may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

Mambaji reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time. Proof of age may be required via a national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide proof of age will result in account suspension.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. For your first withdrawal, a copy of your national ID and a selfie will be required.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Standard processing time for requests: 15–30 minutes
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of suspicious transactions.

Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. Partial cash-out is only possible if the Cash Out feature is active and approved by Mambaji.

• Minimum single bet: ৳100
• Maximum single bet: Limits vary by page and market.
• Bets recorded due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Mambaji reserves the right to decline bets in cases of unusual betting patterns.

Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will be considered final.

Mambaji's bonuses and promotions are each subject to their own specific terms. It is mandatory to read the relevant promotion's terms before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit. 30x wagering requirement.
• Free Spins: Applicable to select slots games; winnings subject to 20x wagering.
• Reload Bonus: On weekly deposits, with 25x wagering.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• No member may claim the same promotion more than once.

The following activities Mambajiis strictly prohibited, and involvement in such activities may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds:

• Deposits made through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intimidating or harassing other members.

Mambaji May suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

1. If evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found.
2. Registering with false information.
3. If age verification fails.
4. In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
5. Upon request by law enforcement authorities.

Members are generally given the opportunity to respond before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

Members may also close their account at any time. In such cases, any balance free of wagering requirements will be refunded.

Mambaji strives to ensure the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Delays caused by third-party software or payment gateway issues.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or legal orders.
